A PROPHETIC WORD OVER YOUR FINANCES FOR THIS FINANCIAL YEAR (2024-25), FRIDAY TALK, 5 April 2024 

Psalm 27:13- 13 I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. 13 I believe that I shall look upon the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living! 

GOD IS A GOD OF SUPERNATURAL SUPPLY. 

✓ Like the ravens who fed Elijah

✓ The widow was sustained by supernatural supply all through famine 

✓ Peter found a coin in the mouth of fish to pay taxes 

✓ A load of fish got into the net

✓ Water turned into wine at the wedding 

• God supplies all your needs according to His riches in glory, May he meet every need of yours supernaturally. 
• Faith is the key to see the goodies of God.

TO BELIEVE IS TO SEE 

• I would have fainted until I believed that I would see the goodness of God in the Land of the living.

FOR EVERY SUPPLY THERE IS AN ACTUAL OBEDIENCE 

Job 36:11- If they obey and serve him, they will spend the rest of their days in prosperity and their years in contentment. 

THERE IS A CONNECTION BETWEEN OBEDIENCE AND ABUNDANCE. 

Isaiah 1:19- If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good things of the land; TWO things will happen in these times;

Joel 2:23-24 – 23 Be glad, people of Zion, rejoice in the Lord your God, for he has given you the autumn rains because he is faithful. He sends you abundant showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before. 24 The threshing floors will be filled with grain; the vats will overflow with new wine and oil. 

• Verse 23- There will be a great revival- abundant showers signifying the outpouring of the Holy Spirit 
• Verse 24- There will be abundant resources – grain, new wine and oil

Zacharias 1:17- 17 “Proclaim further: This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘My towns will again overflow with prosperity, and the Lord will again comfort Zion and choose Jerusalem.’” 

Haggai 2:6-9- 6 “This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. 7 I will shake all nations, and what is desired by all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the Lord Almighty. 8 ‘The silver is mine and the gold is mine,’ declares the Lord Almighty. 

• Glory and silver- both are connected
• God is rising up a church that will walk in anointing and in riches 

In Isaiah 45, God raises Cyrus, a gentile king to build the house of God. He says, I will give you treasures and wealth in darkness. 

• If you are not faithful, God will raise up gentiles to take care of His kingdom. • A song- God don’t allow stones to take my place 

12 things to enjoy supernatural finances

1) Revelation from God’s Word 

• Revelation of God’s Word will bring you possession of His blessing/ determines the manifestation of that blessing

3 John 2- 2 Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and prosper, even as your soul prospers. 

Deuteronomy 29:29- The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may follow all the words of this law. 

• If it is revealed from the Word, it is for us.

2) What you believe determines what you see/receive 

• If you believe you will struggle, you will. If you believe you will be sick, you will be sick for sure. 

3) What you believe is how you behave and how you behave is what you become. People have intellectual belief but no faith. They are proud and arrogant.

NO USE OF HEAD KNOWLEDGE IF IT IS NOT MANIFESTING AS A BLESSING FOR YOU. 

Genesis 8:20-22- As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat,summer and winter, day and night will never cease.”

• You cannot have a harvest unless you have a seed. So, what you believe you have to apply it. You need to put your seed in there for harvest.

IT IS NOT WHAT YOU KNOW THAT CHANGES YOUR LIFE; IT IS WHAT YOU DO THAT CHANGES YOUR LIFE 

• What you know is intellectual but what you do makes you wise. Don’t be an intelligent fool. Don’t boast about your knowledge- It is a waste of Boast 
• The revelation of tithing produces the result. 

Isaiah 32:20- how blessed you will be, sowing your seed by every stream, and letting your cattle and donkeys range free. 

• It is the revelation of the Word that make you want to sow. Many sow without the revelation and there is no use.

Ecclesiastes 11:4 (NLT)- Farmers who wait for perfect weather never plant. If they watch every cloud, they never harvest.

• When you pray if you can’t see it, you won’t receive it. There has to be a mental picture of abundance in your mind. If your mind is not free to have those pictures, add those pictures on your prayer walls. 

MENTAL PICTURE DETERMINES YOUR ACTUAL FUTURE. 

Proverbs 21:5- Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity, but hasty shortcuts lead to poverty. 

• The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want. 

WHAT YOU IMAGINE WILL EVENTUALLY EMERGE 

EPHESIANS 3:28- 20 Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. 

• Scarcity of mind precedes actual scarcity. May you think scripture-wise IF IT HAS CROSSED YOUR MIND, IT WILL CROSS YOUR LIFE 
• May the Holy spirit paint pictures in your heart and mind of wholeness, righteousness and plentiful, serving God, Good relationships.

2) Right utterances and confessions of your mouth

Proverbs 18:20-21- From the fruit of their mouth a person's stomach is filled; with the harvest of their lips they are satisfied. The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. 

• Speak with your mouth the right words and confessions.
• Never say I am going down. Practice your lips. “I am going to the reception area”; Rice is finished 
• Looks like our provisions need to be renewed 

YOUR HEART, HAND AND MOUTH SHOULD COOPERATE TOGETHER TO SEE SUPERNATURAL RESULTS 

• In your heart you should believe, with your hand you should release and with your mouth you should declare to see the goodness of God
• Don’t say I am pulling along in life but say I am thriving for the Glory of God 

Numbers 14:28- Now tell them this: 'As surely as I live, declares the LORD, I will do to you the very things I heard you say. 28 Tell them: As surely as I live, declares the Lord, I will do to you exactly as I heard you say. 

• God will do just as He heard you say. 

Ecclesiastes 5:6- 6 Don't let your mouth make you sin. And don't defend yourself by telling the Temple messenger that the promise you made was a mistake. That would make God angry, and he might wipe out everything you have achieved. 

• Don’t say I was just joking. Don’t say I am dying. Don’t say I am feeling low and depressed. You think you are being truthful but the truth si God Word- Let the weak say I am strong.

Proverbs 13:12- 12 Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life. SUPERNATURAL SUPPLY COMES IN A CLIMATE OF JOY. 

Isaiah 12:3- With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.

• Joy and praise atmosphere are needed for God to bring about blessing into your life. • There are angels of joy. 

Jeremiah 30:19-20- Then out of them shall proceed thanksgiving And the voice of those who make merry; I will multiply them, and they shall not diminish; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small. 

• When thanksgiving and merry heart go together there is multiplication 

Joel 1:11-12- Despair, all you farmers! Wail, all you vine growers! Weep, because the wheat and barley— all the crops of the field—are ruined. Despair, all you farmers! Wail, all you vine growers! Weep, because the wheat and barley— all the crops of the field—are ruined. 

• Some people are always angry, upset, depressed, 

The joy of the Lord shall be your strength. 

• Don’t have a face that frowns. Don’t have a six o’ clock face.
• There are people who are angry at everybody. No one can be around them. • You want to be strong? Joy! 
• Don’t transfer your frustration and anger but your joy! As a family, sit together and sing songs of joy and laugh. 
• Thank God of every little thing that God is doing for you. Don’t look for only the big breakthroughs
• The more you thank for the little things, the more it begins to grow. 

IF YOU ARE A TITHER AND YOU ARE DEPRESSED, DON’T TITHE! GOD GIVES A CHEERFUL GIVER. MAY YOUR HOUSE BE SATURATED WITH THE JOY OF THE HOLY SPIRIT THIS YEAR THREE THINGS: 

1. Avoid borrowing

Deuteronomy 16:6- 6 For the Lord your God will bless you, as he promised you, and you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow, and you shall rule over many nations, but they shall not rule over you. 

• Borrowing is a self-help mechanism, an alternative to scriptural supplies. It is actually a kind of disobedience and rebellion against divine instruction. 

Romans 13:8- 8 Owe nothing to anyone—except for your obligation to love one another. 

• When you borrow, you are emptying your tomorrow. Your tomorrow arrives empty when you borrow, because you think you have to pay back! 

2. Avoid waste

• Buying things you don’t need. 

3. Avoid dependence on man

Jeremiah 17:5-8- This is what the LORD says: “Cursed is the one who trusts in man, who draws strength from mere flesh and whose heart turns away from the LORD. That person will be like a bush in the wastelands; they will not see prosperity when it comes. But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. 8 They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” 

• Refuse to make man your God. 
• Looking to man will make you look away from God, it means you are looking away from what is Good. 

NO MAN’S POCKET IS BIG ENOUGH FOR MY DESTINY (FOR THE DREAM THAT GPD HAS PUT IN ME) 

• Only God has a big enough pocket to supply for my dream.
• Jesus alone is a source of blessing. God can use man but man is not your source. People who walk in supernatural supply are directed by God.

Psalm 23: 1-3- The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. 

When God doesn’t lead you, there is dry pasture. 

Isaiah 48:21- They did not thirst when he led them through the deserts; 

he made water flow for them from the rock; 

he split the rock 

and water gushed out. 

• When God leads you, there is a supply. They did not rthirst when they went through the desert 

Isaiah 49: 10 (NEVER FORGET THIS)- They will neither hunger nor thirst, nor will the desert heat or the sun beat down on them. 

He who has compassion on them will guide them 

 and lead them beside springs of water. 

DON’T LEAD YOURSELF. ALLOW THE SHPEHERD TO LEAD YOU. 

THERE SHALL BE PLENTY! 

THERE IS A CONNECTION BETWEEN DIVINE PROVISION AND DIVINE DIRECTION. 

God told Elijah, go to the widow of Zarephath! not to any other widow. Go, fish in the lake of Gennesaret.

2 Chronicles 20:20- “Listen to me, Judah and people of Jerusalem! Have faith in the Lord your God and you will be upheld; have faith in his prophets and you will be successful.” 

May you be upheld and established this year,

• Submission to the prophet over your life is important, for your prosperity.

Malachi 2:2- 2 If you do not listen, and if you do not resolve to honour/give thanks/ glory into my name,” says the Lord Almighty, “I will send a curse on you, and I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have already cursed them, because you have not resolved to honour me. 

• Some people get blessing and they forget to give glory to God. 
• Many don’t even appreciate 

APPRECIATION AND GIVING GLORY TO GOD WILL BRING MULTIPLICATION
