Jeremiah 1:9–10 (NKJV)  “Then the LORD put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the LORD said to me: ‘Behold, I have put My words in your mouth. See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out and to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant.’”

1. God’s Commission: A Divine Touch and Authority 

Today the Holy Spirit has given a commission to pray on a specific subject. In your life, God is going to cancel some things — claims against your life, against your generation, against your wealth, against your health, against your home, and against everything God has given you. Today, in the name of Jesus, the Lord will perform a miracle and cancel them. 

The book of Jeremiah, chapter one, verses nine and ten, records a powerful moment. The Lord put forth His hand and touched Jeremiah’s mouth. In Isaiah chapter six, we read that God’s holiness was revealed and an angel took a burning coal to touch the prophet’s tongue. But here in Jeremiah 1, it is not an angel, not a torch — God Himself is touching Jeremiah’s mouth. 

God Himself, in a way that touches your lips, is going to come down to work for you, the Holy Spirit announces today. 

It was God’s hand on Jeremiah’s mouth, and then it was God’s plan: “I have set you over the nations, over the kingdoms.” Not among the nations, not into the nations, but upon them — above them. God has set you in a position of authority.

2. You Shall Be Above Only 

Deuteronomy 28:13 (NKJV)  “And the LORD will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the LORD your God.”

Declare today: “I am higher than everything that is around me.” God has made you that way. You are not subject to anything. You are above all the enemy’s plans. My Jesus has set me above. I am not under the enemy — I am above. 

You are not under the enemy’s feet. You are not subject to sickness. God has set you above. Jesus has set you above circumstances, above the nations, above the peoples. When God says “above only,” there is no other option. There is no option to be down. There is no option to be mediocre. Nothing is stopping you from coming up higher. 

A newborn child of God, who received Jesus as Savior and Lord, a child filled with the Holy Spirit — God has seated such a one with Christ in the heavenly realm. The enemy is beneath your feet. The devil who frightened you is beneath your feet. The disease that frightened you is beneath your feet. 

3. Seated with Christ: From Fear to Victory 

When I used to pray before knowing the Word, I would say, “Lord, do not give me into the devil’s hands. Keep me safe from the devil.” Then, studying the Word, I found Ephesians 6 which says: stand against the devil. So I prayed for the courage to stand against him. But then, reading deeper, the Lord revealed something greater: “I have set you above. With Christ Jesus, I have seated you.” 

If today this truth enters you, many battles will cease in your life. It is not about fighting; it is about standing firm in the victory Christ Jesus has already won. He has seated you in authority. 

I am reigning over the devil. I have victory over the devil. God has seated me in authority. 

4. The Authority to Uproot, Pull Down, Destroy, and Build 

The tenth verse of Jeremiah 1 reveals the nature of this authority: to root out, to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant. 

To Root Out 

Today, in the authority of Jesus’ name, declare: I will uproot every growth of darkness against my life. Let that cancer be uprooted. Against your health, against your life — uproot

it in Jesus’ name. Say that nothing the devil tries to grow will be allowed to grow. God has given you authority. 

To Pull Down 

If uprooting is pulling from below, pulling down is bringing down from above. Every plan, scheme, and realm the enemy has built up in your life — pull them down in Jesus’ name. God has given authority. 

To Destroy 

It is to eradicate completely. All the enemy’s schemes, all his plans — to eradicate them, to eliminate them. God has empowered you. 

5. No Weapon Shall Prosper 

Isaiah 54:17 (NKJV)  “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from Me, says the LORD.”

There is a battlefield, but this is also a court. On the battlefield, it is a fight with muscle and weapons. But here it is a legal fight. To condemn you, the enemy has placed you in the witness box. They will accuse you, they will charge you. But God is saying: no weapon will bear fruit against you. 

God is taking you out of that witness box and seating you in the judge’s seat. You will condemn every accusation. The enemy rising against you — from that place of difficulty, God is lifting you up so that you may judge. Such a transfer of authority, a change of realm, the Holy Spirit is bestowing upon the church. 

6. The Different Types of Claims Against You 

There are several kinds of claims the enemy raises: human claims, demonic claims, territorial claims, and legal claims. Claims can sometimes be accusations. Some claims have a legal right — some are illegal. But today, in the name of Jesus Christ, whether legal or illegal, God is canceling every claim.

1. Legal Claims — Canceled at the Cross 

Colossians 2:14–15 (NKJV)  “Having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.”

The writings against you, the manuscripts, the ordinances based on the Old Testament covenant — legally, a person who broke those covenants could be punished. But at Calvary, when Jesus shed His blood for you, the enemy’s claim against you, the law’s claim as a contrary force against your life — Jesus nullified it on the cross. Today and tomorrow, wherever the enemy condemns you, wherever a claim is made against your life, by Jesus’ holy blood, God is giving you victory. 

By the blood of Jesus, I have complete deliverance! 

1. Demonic Claims — Over the Body 

Jude 1:9 (NKJV)  “Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, ‘The Lord rebuke you!’”

When Moses died, the devil made a claim upon Moses’ body. There are claims that come against your body. Certain diseases are the devil’s disputes against your well-being. Whether in your brain, eyes, ears, thyroid, lungs, heart, nervous system, pancreas, stomach, muscles, spine, or scalp — all the enemy’s claims are canceled in the name of Jesus. 

All the enemy’s claims over my body are canceled in Jesus’ name. The fire of the Holy Spirit removes all disease! 

1. Human Claims — Over Generations 

1 Kings 3:22 (NKJV) 

“Then the other woman said, ‘No! But the living one is my son, and the dead one is your son.’ And the first woman said, ‘No! But the dead one is your son, and the living one is my son.’ Thus they spoke before the king.” 

Two women came to Solomon, each claiming the living child. One woman’s child had died in the night because both women were asleep — this is a problem. That is why Jesus told His disciples: watch and pray. Not to look at your watch and pray, but to watch and pray. To prevent claims upon generations, fathers and mothers must pray while awake.

Nobody should claim your children. No one should claim your generation by any means. Open your mouth and say: “My generation belongs to God. My generation belongs to Jesus. They are covered with Jesus’ blood. No one can claim over them.” 

1. Territorial Claims 

Genesis 19:4 (NKJV)  “Now before they lay down, the men of the city, the men of Sodom, both old and young, all the people from every quarter, surrounded the house.”

Around Lot’s house in Sodom, when the angels came, the elderly and the young of the city gathered together. A territorial claim over that house was being made by everyone in that land. Similarly in Judges 19:22, men of the town surrounded the house, making territorial demands. 

Inside the house described in Judges 19:16, there was an old man still working in the field, not financially blessed, with an unmarried adult daughter — delayed blessings. All these can sometimes be because of a demonic claim or a territorial claim. The girl must be married at the right time. Financial blessings must come at the right time. 

Today, all territorial claims, demonic claims, and human claims are being canceled in Jesus’ name. May generations’ marriages take place. May there be financial breakthrough. As we grow old, may we be blessed and not alone. 

7. The Zacchaeus Principle: Turn to Jesus 

In the Gospel of Luke chapter 19, Jesus was ready to come to Zacchaeus’s house. In Zacchaeus’s heart, there was great joy. But immediately, the people around became upset and made a claim: “Whose house is this where Jesus is going? If they had known what kind of man Zacchaeus was, they would not desire a relationship with the Lord.” 

When people said this, Zacchaeus turned — not to the people, but to Jesus. That is the key. All claims are dispelled when you turn toward Jesus. Zacchaeus said: “Lord, if I have acted unjustly, I will pay four times for it. What is important to me is this relationship with You.” 

Because the relationship with Jesus as Lord is the most important thing. Nothing is more excellent than that. In between, claims and demands should not arise. If I have taken anything wrongly, if I have defrauded anyone — I will give it back. As Zacchaeus said, for me, it is a relationship with my Lord. 

If we have said something bad about someone, it remains as a claim. That person may not know it, but it remains unseen in the spiritual realm.

8. Do Not Claim What Is Not Yours 

Deuteronomy 2:5 (NKJV)  “Do not meddle with them, for I will not give you any of their land, no, not so much as one footstep, because I have given Mount Seir to Esau as a possession.”

When the children of Israel were going to the promised land, God told them: “Through the boundaries of your brothers, the sons of Esau, you are going to cross over. They will fear you — therefore, be very careful.” God commanded: do not oppress the Moabites, do not raise an army against them. In their land, “I will not give you even a footstep.” 

God was saying: I have given that to Esau’s generation. I am giving you a land flowing with honey and milk. When you go through their land, do not desire even an inch. Do not covet it. Do not claim it. They are your brothers. Do not covet your brother’s property, nor desire it, nor try to claim it. 

Even children of God born again today sometimes take property from others, claiming rights. But not even a leaf, not even a stone of what God has set apart for others is kept for you. God has set goodness for you in your own portion. 

9. Run Your Own Race 

Each person has a race set by God. The Christian race is set individually for each person. It is not a group program. Paul’s instruction was to run your own race, not to run on someone else’s track. 

In school races, sometimes all we wanted was to defeat a particular person — not to win the race, not to finish the race, just to run ahead of that one person. But the Christian race is not about running ahead of others. As Paul says, we must look to the finish, to the reward. When the race is complete, the Lord gives a crown. You are not running to defeat someone else or to show someone. 

Today on Instagram and Facebook, seeing posts from various people, we want everything that belongs to others. Seeing someone’s big house, big vehicle, their travels and holidays — we feel sad. But there is no need to feel burdened. You have a race. You have good things set for you. Your race is different. Your battle is different. For that, you need God’s grace, God’s presence, God’s deliverance.

10. The Ruler Has Nothing in Me 

John 14:30 (NKJV)  “I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me.”

This is what Jesus declared: the prince of this world, the ruler of this world, is coming — but he has nothing in Me. The devil comes and looks: does he have anything of his own in you? He checks from every side. Is there unforgiveness? That is enough for him to bring depression into your life. Is there a small, hidden sin? At night, looking at unwanted things on your phone when no one knows? 

Like a magnet that attracts, if there is something inside you that gives the enemy a claim, he will keep dominating. The solution is not to fight — it is to remove the thing from your pocket, to throw it away. 

Today I declare: Lord, my life is for You. I don’t want anything of the devil. Let him have no claim over my life. 

DECLARATION 

In Jesus’ name, all demonic claims upon me, territorial claims, human claims — I cancel. My life, in Christ Jesus, will be blessed.
