God has a plan

SUNDAY SERMON BY PASTOR RAJESH MATHEW, 7 DEC 2025

  • 12th month is the month of Benjamin, the 12th son of Jacob. Benjamin means ‘The son of my Right Hand, signifying the authority of Jesus. This is prophetic and it symbolises generation of believers walking in divine authority of Jesus (the Benjamin Generation) in the end times before the return of the Lord.
  • Benjamin was birthed in pain and so the mother named him Benoni, the son of my pain but his father called him Benjamin the son of my right hand.

Many be people have given you negative names but God is able to lift you and make you sit in the high places and make you Benjamin. God’s Holy Spirit has said something about your life in a  prophecy and that is what will be fulfilled

Deuteronomy 33:12- “The beloved of the Lord shall dwell in safety by Him, who shelters him all the day long; And he shall dwell between His shoulders.”

  • Moses is prophesying about Benjamin. He is saying that Benjamin is the ‘Beloved of the Lord’. I shall dwell in safety for the Lord shall cover him all the day long. I will dwell on His shoulder and He will carry me.
  • God has carried you till the end of this year.

2026 will be a year where God will bend down to pick you up and carry you and place you in His hand and care for you.

  • Joseph gave Benjamin 5 times more than all other brothers. God will give me 5 times more of all the goodness that He has prepared for me.

Your bank account will have 5 times more than what u have now. 5 times more strength. 5 times more health, more blessing, more peace, more joy, more prosperity. God will increase you 5 times more!

When Benajamin was given the inheritance among all tribes and when he was given the city of refuge, too.

Joshua 18:28- 28 Zelah, Eleph, Jebus (which is Jerusalem), Gibeath, and Kirjath: fourteen cities with their villages. This was the inheritance of the children of Benjamin according to their families.

The mountain of Moriah was given to the tribe of Benjamin.

The Temple of the Lord stood in the land of Benjamin. His Presence was entrusted to Benjamin. The Temple was Benjamin’s inheritance. And every blessing flows from the Presence of Jesus.

The greatest blessing and deliverance in my life is the Presence of God.

The twelfth month is a month of increase. When you thank Him for what you have, He causes it to multiply. It is a month of safety, divine protection, authority, and a month of doubling. God will lift you into new levels. This is the month where authority will be manifested and made visible. Over every disease, every power of the enemy, and every opposition of darkness—you will walk in authority, in Jesus’ Name. He is the One who renews your youth like the eagle. This is the month where you walk in authority over the devil. You may even feel five times more youthful.

  • Remember that it is the Lord alone who keeps you healthy. Yes, diet and healthy habits have their place, but your true strength comes from being conscious that the Lord sustains you. • D.I.E.T — without the “T,” it becomes D.I.E. Even your diet becomes effective only when you have the “T,” the Cross of Jesus—when you have Jesus at the centre. It is the grace and mercy of God that keeps you youthful.

The twelfth month is a month of great blessing.

Hebrews 11:23- 23 By faith Moses, when he was born, was hidden three months by his parents, because they saw he was a beautiful child; and they were not afraid of the king’s command.

  • In faith there is courage, there is no fear despite how large your enemy may seem. May every kind of fear within you leave you today in Jesus name.

God doesn’t work randomly in a person's life but with precision: 1. GOD HAS A PLAN ABOUT MY LIFE

2. GOD HAS A PROCESS TO MAKE ME WALK IN THAT PLAN 3. GOD HAS A PROMISE OVER ME

4. I WILL MAKE PROGRESS BECAUSE OF THE PROMISE

5. THERE IS A POSITION TO WHICH GOD WILL TAKE ME

➢ You need to know that God has a plan about your life.

➢ And He also has a process about taking you through life. So, even if the process feels long, don’t be discouraged.

➢ Then begin to look to the Promise. The promise is good. The future is good. So, when you go through challenges, see the Promise. He says that his plans over our life is God, its is to prosper us and give us peace ad not

➢ When you hold on to God’s promise and pray in alignment with that promise, you will progress. You will move forward by the grace of God. And you must declare it with your words — speak it aloud: “By the grace of God, my life will move forward.”

➢ Then there is a Position into which God will take you. As you progress, God will lead you into a specific position that He has already intended for you.

  • God always works with a people, a community, a nation. We often imagine that nations grow simply through large families — many siblings, many descendants. But that is not how God builds His purposes.
  • He chose an elderly Abraham and a barren Sarah. God does not think or act the way we do. He does what is far beyond human ability and understanding. God has a plan and a purpose. • If we were choosing a leader for an important role, we would look for someone who speaks well. Yet God chose Moses, a man who stammered. If we were choosing someone to deliver an entire nation, we would select a calm and capable person. But God chose Moses — short-tempered, hesitant, imperfect.

God does not call the way we call. His thoughts and His ways are higher than ours. He sees in us what we do not see in ourselves. Say: “Yes, Lord.”

  • God picked the foolish. He did not call you looking at your capability, smartness, intelligence, wealth, family name. God picked you looking at your weakness, your incapabilities. Give Him the Glory. God chose the foolish and not the strong!

God picked Moses. God had a plan for Moses and for God to fulfil the Plan, He also had a process. FOR SOME OF YOU IN THIS SEASON, GOD’S CALL WILL BECOME VERY CLEAR. God prepared the Moses he had called. He prepared him in five stages or five circumstances 1. House

  1. Palace
  2. His own people
  3. His family
  4. Wilderness

When God calls a person out, there is a process He puts you through.

  1. HOUSE
  • Hebrews 11:23 – Moses’ parents saw that he was a beautiful child. They had a realisation. The same scripture in Acts 7:20 says Moses was a beautiful child in God’s eyes. But in Hebrews, it is written that in the eyes of his parents, he was a beautiful child. This means the parents saw what God was seeing about their child.
  • You need to see in your children what God is seeing in them. Many parents are unable to see this. God may be seeing the child as the next preacher, but the father sees an engineer, the mother sees a doctor, and the child cannot step into God’s plan.
  • If you can only see things as God sees them, most unnecessary issues and problems in your family will be solved.
  • I do not know what you are seeing, but I am seeing you as God sees you. If you receive it, you will see mighty deliverances in your life.

In God’s process, there is a surrender. There is a surrender to walk in God's plan.

  1. PALACE

Acts 7:22- 22 And Moses was learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and was mighty in words and deeds.

  • God wrote the first 5 books of the Bible through Moses. You need to be learned to write the Bible. God taught him in the palace and made him a learned man. He knows poetry, law. For almost 35 to 36 years, he was in the palace to learn.

God said in 2026- God is specifically raising up people in the Education field, those whose PHDs are due, those whose higher studies are due. God is lifting you up. People here running educational institutions, God is blessing you and his unusual anointing is coming upon you. A generation will rise up to glorify God through Educational institutions. Specifically, those working in the field of AI, you  are particularly blessed. God is going to use some of you powerfully.

  1. His own people
  • In Exodus 2 – Moses understood that he was of Hebrew origin and went out to his people. On day one, he killed an Egyptian in defence of a Hebrew brother. On day two, when he again went to his own people, they questioned his authority: “Who made you ruler over us?” In an instant, the one who tried to be a hero became a zero.
  • Without the grace of God, do not try to make yourself a hero. The same people who lift you up today can pull you down tomorrow.

But if God lifts you up—if God makes you a hero—He will keep you there.

  • Wait on God. Surrender into His hands. He will lift you up in His time, according to His great plans.
  • If God lifts you, no one can bring you down. Do not try to lift yourself in your own strength. Do not try to become anything without grace. Today, there is grace here for that.

Acts 7:35- 35 “This Moses whom they rejected, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge?’ is the one God sent to be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the Angel who appeared to him in the bush.

  • Joseph’s own brothers put him in the pit. Moses’ own people questioned and rejected him. They belittled him.
  • But God sent that same Moses back as a deliverer and judge to the very people who once questioned his authority.

Wherever you were belittled, God will lift you up there.

  • If they had rejected Moses the second time, they would have remained slaves—because this time, God was sending Moses.
  • Our Deliverer and Redeemer is Jesus. Do not reject Him the second time. You may have rejected Him once, but do not reject Him again. His is the only Name given to us for salvation. Jesus is the King of Kings. Hold on tightly to Him. Kiss the King.
  • Do not compete with God. Do not compete with men of God. Let the spirit of competitiveness be broken.
  • Your redemption is in the Name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven given to us for salvation but the Name of Jesus
  1. His family
  • Zipporah, Moses’s wife was not supportive to Moses. She was a Midianite woman. They fell in love and randomly got married. She was a worshipper of the Midianite gods. Moses wanted to circumcise his sons but Zipporah did not allow that. They may both have prayed in separate rooms. She would have claimed that it was the land of the Midianites.

Exodus 18:2, 3- 2 Then Jethro, Moses’ father-in-law, took Zipporah, Moses’ wife, after he had sent her back,

  • Supportive families are needed for people who are called. Servants of God need family members who can be supportive to them. However, we read in the Book of Exodus that When Moses stepped out after hearing the call of God, because His sons were not circumcised, God was

about to strike Moses dead. That moment Zipporah took a sharp stone and circumcised her sons and that day she decided that Moses’s God was her God.

If you do not have a supportive spouse, God will bring about a shift in that area in your life. You will see differences in your family life. God will make your spouse supportive so that you can continue to stand in the plans of God, so that you can fulfil the purpose of God in your life. God is working in the hearts of spouses this day!

  1. Wilderness
  • God made Moses walk through the wilderness, not for one or two years, but forty years. • Imagine that: forty years of wilderness living, with no one to talk to. Abraham waited 25 years for his promise. Isaac waited 20 years. David waited 35 years. In the New Testament, Zechariah and Elizabeth waited 40 years for the answer to their prayer. And Moses waited 40 years in the wilderness.
  • It is said that Moses even became a stammerer there because he had no one to talk to---only sheep. God was training him in isolation. God prepared him for forty years when he was completely alone.
  • Ask God to help you learn quickly and yield fully to His will.
  • When Moses was in the wilderness, he felt guilty and discouraged. He thought: “I studied so much. I grew up in a palace… and now I am caring for sheep. I am a failure. I have no future. Nothing is possible for me.”
  • Many of you may be carrying similar thoughts today. But God had a plan then and God has a plan for you now. Those of you who are battling these thoughts—God is setting you free today!

“Lord, I need a burning bush experience.” God brought Moses out through a burning bush encounter. Get ready for your burning bush experience! The burning bush became the turning point of Moses’ life.

  • Many of you will experience this now—some at home, some during the service. There is a God given vision of coming out of the wilderness, and the Holy Spirit Himself is giving you strength to stop walking round and round in the same place. Cry out: “Lord, I want to hear Your voice.”

Before this December month ends, may God bring a turning point in your life—through a divine encounter and a supernatural vision from Him.

7 THINGS HAPPENED IN THE BURNING BUSH EXPERIENCE 1. An Egyptian became an Evangelist

Exodus 2:18-19- 8 When they came to Reuel[a] their father, he said, “How is it that you have come so soon today?” 19 And they said, “An Egyptian delivered us from the hand of the shepherds, and  he also drew enough water for us and watered the flock.”

  • He asked them why they had come early. Parents, please note: inquire not only when your children come home late, but even when they arrive earlier than usual.
  • They replied, “An Egyptian delivered us.” Moses looked like an Egyptian. His appearance, his speech, his walk, his mannerisms, everything about him reflected Egypt. He had no visible Hebrew trait in him. He was born an Israelite, but his ways were Egyptian.
  • Some believers are like this. Their lifestyle, their conversations, their social media posts, even their life look “Egyptian”, not like children of God who belong to Cornerstone.• If you have children like that, do not be burdened, just pray for them. God will bring them out in accordance to HIS call over their lives.

God’s transforming power will convert you An Egyptian became an Evangelist. 2. From vanity he came to humility

  1. From vision to mission
  2. From fearful he became ‘fire-ful’
  3. From failure he become faithful
  4. From worldliness to godliness
  5. From nothingness he became royalty shepherding

A transformation takes place when you meet with God.
