Tsalaach
Sunday Sermon by Pastor Rajesh, Feb 23, 2025
2 Chronicles 20:20 - 20 So they rose early in the morning and went out into the Wilderness of Tekoa; and as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Hear me, O Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem: Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.”
- The Word says believe in the Lord and you will be established. The Word established comes from the Word Aman which means to nurture, to foster as a parent, to build up, to nurse.
- God is saying I myself will nurture you. As a child is taken care by parents, God will foster you, nurse you and build you up.
- If you believe in the Lord, He says I myself will establish you and nurture you. I will nurture this entire family I myself will build it up.
- Believe in the prophets and you will prosper. The Word prosper here comes from the word Tsalach means to push forward, to advance, to break out, to come out mightily and to go forward. God will propel you. It means to exceed, to overtake, to make progress, to succeed and to be profitable.
- Clap your hands and receive this in your spirit.
Tsalach is to push you forward no matter what the circumstances are in or until you realize your dreams. It is the grace to move forward.
- I will prosper for the glory of God.
- Why does God nurture you as a parent? So that He may be glorified through you.
His Holy Spirit will take charge over your life, over your children, much beyond you can ever do for them.
- An example from the Bible is Joseph. He saw a dream. He called forth that dream. His envious brothers put him in the pit. They sold him for 20 silver shekels but he wasn't finished with that because he was carrying a dream. There is value associated with a person who has a dream, you are worth the Blood of Jesus!
In Genesis 39:2- 2 The Lord was with Joseph, and he was a successful man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian.
- He began to advance even from the pit. He was in this house as a slave and was still prospering. When Tsalaach is upon you, it doesn’t matter who you are or where you work or who you are under, you will still prosper in that situation.
- Potiphar saw that everything that Joseph touched was blessed. The hens he fed gave more eggs, the cow gave more milk. Everything that Joseph did prospered. GOD TOOK OVER AND NURTURED HIM. Even if you have nobody with you, if God is with you, you will still prosper.
People of vision will always come under attack. Dogs chase only after moving cars and not static cars.
- Even in the prison, Joseph was blessed. Joseph prospered. He asks his other jail inmates why their faces were dull and depressed! Inside of Joseph was a joy that God has released even while he was in the prison. You need to be conscious that it is God who nurtures you and builds you. If Tsalaach is on you, no one can stop you. God will prosper and multiply everything! Joseph went forward.
The Holy Spirit is saying that Jesus will nurture you and build you.
Simple Tsalaach manifests when you sit with the Lord Jesus.
- GENERATE PRAYER BURDEN
- This is a month of prayer. For any blessing to manifest in your life, you must learn to generate prayer burden. Do not be content in your situation. If you are then you won't pray. Create a prayer burden. It could be a burden for spiritual life, ministry, business, finances, relationships or in any area. You need to bring each of these burdens before God in His presence and then you will see God's presence, glory to come and visit you.
1 Samuel 1:9-10- 9 Once when they had finished eating and drinking in Shiloh, Hannah stood up. Now Eli the priest was sitting on his chair by the doorpost of the Lord’s house. 10 In her deep anguish Hannah prayed to the Lord, weeping bitterly.
- Hannah cried. She laid that burden at His feet in prayer. You need to learn to bring that burden in prayer before God.
Genesis 27:40- By your sword you shall live, And you shall serve your brother; And it shall come to pass, when you become restless, That you shall break his yoke from your neck.”
- When you go restless, you will break off the yoke. You need to become a restless and burdened by that matter. Then when you pray God comes down. I will come out of that sin. I cannot be in this financial lack. Pray at least for one hour!
- When you pray it will have an impact in your body. The result of prayer is seen first on your face. It will have an effect your whole body. When Jesus prayed his face and even his clothes shone.
Exodus 24:18- 18 So Moses went into the midst of the cloud and went up into the mountain. And Moses was on the mountain forty days and forty nights.
- Moses went into the cloud for 40 days and 40 nights. He was under the glory of God. What was the effect? His face shone with the glory of God so much so that others couldn’t even see him directly. Moses eyes were never dimmed. Even at 120 years his eyes were not dim and his strength
Prayer will personally impact even your physical bodies.
- Sugar levels will become normal, His glory will enter even your bones. • Moses and Elijah prayed. If you pray, then people who pray will join hands with you. When you don't pray the devil will send his emissaries to you.
Your pimples will go and your dimples will stay
Jude 1:9- 9 Yet Michael the archangel, in [a]contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, “The Lord rebuke you!”
- Even the devil was confused with Moses.
- I declare a blessing on your physical bodies. May you be physically strong, mentally alert, have long life, good health, ears eyes functioning perfectly well, with bodies that are holy and carry the glory of God.
- PRAY IN SECTIONS
- Prayer is not just the vain repetition of words. It is a relationship with Jesus. Intimacy with God is the number one reason for prayer.
- Your requests are only secondary. You become conscious that Jesus is in you when you pray and you finish praying you leave knowing that Jesus is close to you. It is from this place that prayer requests should flow.
- Pray in sections- for example, if you are praying or six hours, start with half hour for your family, the next half hour for your business, next half hour for your neighbours or church etc. But you are breaking your prayer time into sections.
- Jesus also did this. When you read John 17, you will see from verses 1-5, Jesus praying for Himself, verses 5-19 He is praying for disciples; verses 20 onwards He is praying for everybody else.
- Jesus was seriously praying. I am not talking about listening to some worship song and drinking black tea. When you become so consumed in the presence of God that's where Tsalaach comes. That’s where the impartation happens.
- If you can’t do that,
- Pray with people: There are some people that I pray with over the phone and we pray for 3-4 hours on the phone.
- Pray with Scripture: God cannot bypass His Word.
Psalms 119:5- You have dealt well with Your servant, O Lord, according to Your word.
- God will manifest his Tsalaach. Believe in the Lord and you shall be established. Believe in His prophets and you will prosper.
Psalm 1:1 - 3- How well God must like you—you don’t walk in the ruts of those blind as-bats, you don’t stand with the good-for-nothings, you don’t take your seat among the know-it-alls. 2-3 Instead you thrill to God’s Word, you chew on Scripture day and night. You’re a tree replanted in Eden, bearing fresh fruit every month, Never dropping a leaf, always in blossom.
- Don't take the counsel of the wicked
- Don't sit with sinners.
- Don't mock with scoffers.
- If you do these three things, whatever you do will prosper, just find something to do and it will prosper!! It's the Tsalaach blessing.
- Keep away from the scornful, mockers and sinners. Mediate on the Promise of God and pray with those scriptures. Whatever you do, it will prosper! Even if you sell peanuts that will prosper you into a crorepati. If you start ministering you will become mega church.
Joshua 1:8-9- 8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you[a] shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
- The Word Tsalaach is used here for the first time.
- If you mediate on his Word, you ways will be prospered. Christian life is a journey and you will be prosperous in this journey if you meditate on HIS WORD.
- Tsalaach is manifested when you pray. place the word
